Preparation of a surface.

At plastering the surface on which plaster to be applied, should be clean, have a sufficient rigidity, without stratifications and painted sites, fatty and painting spots, is plentifully humidified.

Preparation of a plaster.

Mix PROGRESS® with washed sand in the ratio 1:2 and to temper water at the rate of 14-16 liters on a 40 kg bag of PROGRESS®. A plaster is applying manually, mortar-pumps or filling and carefully trowel (general width of a coating not less than 20 - 30 mm). Use masonry wire grid with the sizes of a cell from 10́́ up to 50́́ at plastering. The grid attaches to surface from a carriage not less, than on 5 - 7 mm. In case of occurrences of pull for 2-3 day after it is necessary to expand and trowel by the same mortar.

The yield is at width of a coating of 20-30 mm on 1 m sq. 13-18 kg.

Preparation of concrete.

Temper PROGRESS® with washed sand (without clay and organic inclusions), breakstone of solid soils (granite, basalt) and temper a necessary amount of water (W/C 0.4-0.45).  At laying of concrete mixture vibrating is necessary.

The yield on 1 m³ is PROGRESS®- 480-600 kg, sand - 700 kg, road metal - 900 – 1000kg, water - 200-240 liters.

Recommendations.

By manufacture of concrete the sheathing is necessary.

Presence of oil, paint, polymeric coating on a surface of a grid and an armature is inadmissible.  Preserve the plastered surfaces and concrete constructions to against drying within the first 12 days. Cold junctions - occurring at different time’s cementation of a plaster coating, mating of concrete constructions execute as follows: to loosen with a metal brush of a surface of seams, to humidify, cementing by PROGRESS® (creamy solid-to-liquid ratio).

Operation under a pressure of water is not supposed.

All operations should be executed at temperature is not lower 5 C.
